These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement for mutual protection and setting expectations for our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products for you and contact you about whether you prefer to wait for the backorder to be replenished or whether you prefer us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is charged at the time of purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

snkrsforce online will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as a return request is received by us within 14 days of receiving the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you when this is completed via email.
(snkrsforce) will refund the value of the returned items, but will NOT refund the value of shipping paid.

3.2 Return of warranty

snkrsforce will be happy to honor any valid warranty claim provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the goods.

Customers will be asked to prepay the return shipping, but we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.

When receiving goods back for warranty claims, you can expect snkrsforce to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice between:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a store credit refund

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available);

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 Domestic transit time

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

4.2 Transit time internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have chosen. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you select your courier at checkout.

4.4 Change of delivery address

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day, otherwise within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

5. Tracking Messages

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Packages damaged in transit

If you discover that a package is damaged during shipping, you must, if possible, reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next step.
 

7. Fees and Charges

7.2 Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country and leasing shop online encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
